Role: Splunk Administrator Experience: 07 to 10 years Locations: Chennai / Mumbai / Kochi

Must-Have Hands-on experience in designing and configuration of Splunk architecture solution for Monitoring and Analytics Hands-on experience in administration of Splunk Cloud and on-prem components like Heavy Forwarders, Deployment Server, and Universal Forwarders Experience in onboarding data into Splunk from various sources like logs, HEC, syslog, network devices, Windows events, scripts etc. Capability in developing dashboards and reports that can provide ongoing visibility into the performance of client applications. Experience in parsing and masking of data prior to ingestion in Splunk Experience in installation, configuration and usage of Splunk Apps and Add-ons Sound knowledge in configuration of Alerts and Reports. Good exposure in automatic lookup, data models and creating complex SPL queries. Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders. Capable of documenting processes, requirements, and operating procedures Working Knowledge of ITIL frameworks such as Incident management, Problem Management, Event Management etc. Good-to-Have Knowledge of API Knowledge of Automation methods including tools, scripts etc. Working knowledge on APM tools such as New Relic, Datadog etc. Understanding of Cloud Services
