Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages & walk-in enquiries
- Explain turf & pickleball bookings and memberships
- Manage daily bookings and slot allocations
- Collect payments (Cash / UPI) and reconcile daily
- Maintain daily and weekly booking & revenue reports
- Coordinate with venue in-charge for smooth operations
- Visit nearby offices, schools, apartments & businesses for promotions
- Support tournaments, events, and weekday booking initiatives
Requirements:
- Basic English & Tamil communication
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel & mobile apps. Having experience in Canva is added advantage.
- Sales mindset and customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to step out for local promotions
- Prior experience in sports facility / gym / front desk / sales preferred
