ServiceNow Consultant

Job Summary –

We are looking for a Service now Consultant and t his role is essential for ensuring that ServiceNow solutions are effectively implemented and tailored to meet the specific needs of clients

Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Implementation:

 Develop and support ServiceNow implementations.

 Combine ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methods (Scrum).

 Define and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.

2. Development and Integration:

 Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.

 Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and troubleshoot issues.

3. Process Improvement:

 Enhance the company's ServiceNow delivery capability.

 Provide value-based assessments and workshops to maximize business results from ServiceNow software.

4. Documentation and Training:

 Maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment.

 Provide training and support to organizational teams as needed.

5. Collaboration:

 Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

 Align with peers to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.

Years of experience needed –

 3-6 year of experience

Technical Skills:

 Experience in ServiceNow development and IT consulting (3-6 years preferred).

 Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

 Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, etc.).

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
