Sr. Bridge Design Engineers (Chennai)

Profile Qualification:

1.Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bridge design 

2.Experience in large scale Bridge projects i.e., segmental post-tensioned box girder bridges, Balanced Cantilever Bridges, Extradosed Bridge and or Cable stayed Bridges is highly preferred.

3.Experience in Steel or steel composite bridges is also preferred.

4.Proficiency in structural analysis and design of reinforced/prestressed concrete bridges

5.Experience on bridge engineering software such as Midas or Larsa 4D/Sofistik.

Responsibilities:

1.Experience in analysis, design, and preparation of reports for bridge structures like simply supported & continuous span bridges, cable stayed bridges, extradosed bridges, etc., using IRC, IRS, IS and other relevant international codes. Extensive knowledge in finite element software is must (preferably MIDAS). 

2.Work under the experienced senior engineers and project managers.

3.Complete assigned tasks on agreed quality, time, budget and adhere to L&T quality procedures

4.Liaising with external partied for inputs, approval, and deliverables.

5.Preparation of detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications.

6.Mentor and support the development of junior engineers.
