Sr. Engineer - Build & Validation

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Planning, Coordinating with labs, test track for various homologation projects
2) Test tractor preparation Certification testing - CMVR, Commercial, OECD, EU certification, etc.
3) Verification of statutory documentation
4) Knowledge of Track Testing/Performance – Nosie, Brake, Drawbar, Max Speed etc. as per standard
5) Component Testing – ROPS, Coupling, SBA, Seat as per Indian and International Std.
6) Coordinate with Test Agencies for Certification ARAI, CFMTTI Budni, VCA-UK, iCAT etc.
7) UMRN creation on VAHAN SEWA portal and linking it with Tractor parent number
8) Knowledge of IS, AIS, ISO, OECD, and EEC/ECE directives, ASABE and OSHA
9) Flexible to work on across India locations - Tractor / Component readiness for Batch / COP testing - Budni, ZHB, Nagpur, Cheyyar, Rudrapur, Jaipur, ARAI- Pune, VRDE- Ahmednagar
10) Hands on Experience with Homologation / Track testing
