Sr. Engineer Thermal Systems

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• As a System engineer work with Supplier for design, development, testing and sign-off of HVAC system.
• Liaise with other PD functions for cross-functional and interface inputs.
• Lead incorporation of top Field concerns and their design solutions into new design.
• Work towards design solutions that reduce the HVAC system cost.
• Organize system team meetings, design reviews and FMEA meetings
- Knowledge of automotive air conditioning system. - Hands on experience on auto motive HVAC system design, development. - Knowledge of vehicle and HVAC interface systems. - Knowledge on heat load calculations, component selection of HVAC system. - Hands on experience on Catia V5. - Knowledge of HVAC system testing on Bench (Calorimeter) and vehicle level. - Should able to analyse the HVAC system and component test result and discuss independently with Suppliers. - Able to conduct technical review with suppliers for freezing technical spec and concern resolution
