- Plan, execute, and oversee Electrical engineering design within budget, schedule, and scope.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Identify and resolve potential electrical system issues during the design phase or through field support during construction and operations.
- Review and approve electrical material specifications, equipment specifications, and material take-off sheets.
- Review and approve the design of electrical installations for substations, distribution boards, and other electrical infrastructure according to project specifications and operational requirements.

- Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between electrical engineering, design, construction, and other departments

- Ensure all electrical systems meet quality, safety, and environmental standards, aligning with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential issues and ensure all electrical designs and installations conform to quality and safety standards.
- If required, participate in vendor inspections, including factory acceptance tests (FAT), witness testing and quality checks to validate electrical equipment and system performance.
- Support in review inspection and test plans (ITPs/QAP) to ensure adherence to project and industry standards, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client requirements.

- Oversee material selection during vendor engineering for electrical components, ensuring all materials meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Select appropriate electrical materials based on system requirements, operating conditions (voltage, current, load), and project specifications.
- Review and approve electrical component datasheets for transformers, circuit breakers, cables, switches, protective relays, and other electrical equipment.
- Support procurement teams in evaluating vendor proposals for electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
- Evaluate and approve supplier and contractor proposals and schedule adherence to ensure optimal selection of electrical systems and components.
