- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and CAD Engineers in the development of electrical designs, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines
- Review and approve electrical system designs and layouts created by the design team to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Take ownership of electrical design tasks for tenders and ongoing projects, ensuring designs are completed on time and to the required quality standards

- Perform electrical system calculations, including load flow analysis and voltage drop assessments, to optimize the performance and efficiency of the power distribution network
- Ensure that electrical components, such as Transformer, DG, UPS, cables, busbars, and electrical panels, are designed to meet with specification and client requirements and maintaining safety and reliability

- Create, develop, and manage detailed schedules for electrical engineering projects.
- Oversee the design, installation of electrical systems to ensure they meet client specifications, project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, ELV and Instrumentation teams, as well as other project stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems into the overall project.

- Oversee and ensure the quality of electrical systems and all associated deliverables, including design documents, specifications, and installation plans.

- Review and evaluate vendor proposals to ensure that the materials, components, and systems offered meet the required project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate records of Electrical designs, material certifications, and inspection reports.
