The Head of Procurement will lead the strategic sourcing and purchasing operations for our construction projects. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing a robust supply chain that ensures high-quality materials and services are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle—from initial project bidding and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) analysis to final site delivery and vendor settlement—while driving digital transformation and cost-optimization initiatives. 

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
  • Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with construction project timelines and company financial goals.
  • Manage high-value categories including civil materials (steel, cement, concrete), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and heavy machinery.
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and onboarding of reliable domestic and international suppliers.

    • Financial & Risk Management
      • Establish and monitor procurement budgets to prevent cost overruns across multiple job sites.
      • Conduct rigorous risk assessments to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities, such as material price volatility and geopolitical disruptions.
      • Optimize cash flow by negotiating strategic payment terms and credit lines with vendors.
    • Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
      • Mentor and manage a team of procurement specialists and coordinators, fostering a culture of high performance and integrity.
      • Drive digital transformation by implementing ERP/e-procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle) to streamline workflows.
      • Collaborate with Project Managers and Design teams to align material specifications with project schedules
