Staff Nurse

1.    Assist dermatologist/aesthetic doctor during:

Laser hair reduction

Chemical peels

PRP procedures

Microneedling / MNRF

Hair transplant procedures (pre & post)

Injectables (Botox, fillers – assistance only)

     2. Aesthetic & Hair Treatment Support

     Prepare treatment rooms as per SOP.

     Maintain sterile environment and aseptic techniques.

     Handle aesthetic equipment (Laser, HydraFacial, CO2, PRP kits) as trained.

     Assist in pre-op & post-op care for hair transplant patients.

     Perform dressings, bandaging, and scalp care when required.

    3. Infection Control & Safety

     Follow strict sterilization and hygiene protocols.

     Maintain instrument sterilization (autoclave/chemical sterilization).

     Proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.

     Always ensure clinic safety and patient comfort.

   4. Medication & Inventory Management

    Maintain stock of medicines, injectables, consumables, and disposables.

    Check expiry dates and report shortages.

    Prepare medications and PRP kits under doctor’s supervision.

 5. Documentation & Records

   Maintain patient treatment records accurately.

   Document procedures, vitals, consent forms, and follow-ups.

   Assist at the front desk with clinical documentation if required.

6. Patient Counselling & Coordination

• Explain procedure steps, precautions, and after-care instructions.
• Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with reception for appointments and follow-ups.
• Support telecalling for follow-ups and post-treatment care if required.

7. Clinic Maintenance & Professional Conduct

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms.
• Follow clinic policies, ethics, and confidentiality norms.
• Wear prescribed uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Work in coordination with doctors, therapists, and admin staff.
