Job Description:
We are hiring Staff Nurses with experience or interest in Operation Theatre roles, specifically Scrub Nurse and OT Technician positions.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
- Perform scrubbing, gowning, and gloving as per OT protocols
- Prepare OT instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Maintain OT sterility and infection control standards
- Support pre-operative and post-operative OT activities
- Ensure OT readiness and proper documentation
- Experience: OT / Scrub / staff nurse experience preferred (Freshers with OT exposure can apply)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
