Staff Nurse - (Stay Nurse)

Looking for an candidate who can stay in health care industry (Taking care for Elder homeage patients)

Food and Accommodation will be provided

1.Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans

2.Perform patient assessments and health histories

3.Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as ordered by healthcare providers

4.Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions

5.Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals

6.Record patients’ symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition

7.Educate patients about management of illnesses

8.Operate medical equipment

9.Nursing care activities including administering injections, catheterisation, wound or bed sore dressing, tube feeding, oxygen/nebuliser as needed

10.Ensure patient emotional and physical comfort and safety

11.Communicate with patient’s family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
