STARTEGIC ALLIANCES & PARTNERSHIP

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliance strategy to identify and prioritize potential partners, with a special focus on Fintech Companies, Lead Originators, Banks and NBFCs  
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities with a clear

focus on driving Revenue for the company. Should be prepared for MoM revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive collaboration and mutual business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Drive the development of partnership agreements, including defining objectives,

scope, roles, responsibilities, and financial terms.

  • Monitor and track partnership performance, including key metrics and KPIs,

and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential risks.
  •  Lead the execution of joint marketing and promotional activities with partners to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
