State Head Duties & Responsibilities: • Managing a team of Field Technicians for all kind of fitness products such as Treadmill, Air Bike, Spin Bike, Bicycles etc • Driving new business developments/acquisition within and nearby states • Developing Franchise network to manage calls of products like, Ceiling Fans, Mixer Grinder, Geysers, Gas Stove, Induction Cook Ware, Chimney etc within and nearby states • Responsible for managing stocks for fitness products and regular update of stocks at franchise level • Responsible for the closure of the tickets within the TAT defined • Stock management, daily update of In & Out of stock. Timely update HO on new stock requirements • Responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all cash handling policies • Adheres to all standard operating procedures, policies and Best Methods • Holds team accountable in following all company policy and procedures • Responsible for maintaining harassment free work environment
