Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes or purchase orders.
  • Organize, label, and store materials in designated locations in the warehouse.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with stock audits and physical inventory counts as required.
  • Support logistics operations, including coordinating with transport teams and updating shipment records.
  • Handle documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock movement reports.
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
