Administrator Roles & Responsibilities

1.  Maintain site documentation by organising attendance, material receipts, and daily reports — ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and easily retrievable.

2.  Coordinate with project and HR teams to manage manpower deployment, attendance, and wage records — ensuring proper compliance and timely salary processing.

3.  Monitor material movement by recording incoming and outgoing materials and verifying against delivery challans — ensuring proper inventory control and minimizing material loss.

4.  Support procurement activities by preparing material requisitions and following up with the purchase department — ensuring timely supply of required items at the site.

5.  Manage petty cash and site expenses by maintaining vouchers and daily expense statements — ensuring transparency and control over site-level financial transactions.

6.  Handle communication and correspondence between site, head office, and clients — ensuring accurate and timely flow of information.

7.  Assist in statutory compliance by maintaining labour license, insurance, and safety records — ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.

8.  Support project progress tracking by submitting daily/weekly reports and assisting the Project Manager — ensuring smooth monitoring and reporting of site performance.
