Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented female sales promoters to drive direct-to-home (D2H) marketing and sales for our innovative products across Tamil Nadu. The role involves meeting customers on field, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-field sales visits and direct-to-home product demonstrations.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

- ⁠Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- ⁠Represent the brand professionally in the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Gender: Female (Mandatory)

- ⁠Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in direct-to-home sales/marketing.

- ⁠Preferred Background: Sales experience with companies like Eureka Forbes, DTH, Broadband, RO Purifiers, Mobiles, etc.

- Skills: Strong communication, convincing ability, and customer handling.

- Mobility: Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license (Mandatory).

- Education: Minimum 12th pass/Graduate.

- Languages: Tamil (fluent), Basic English preferred.
