Job Description
Position : Stores Manager at VR Mall, Anna Nagar : Female Candidate only
- Responsible for overall store operations, Sales Target, store profitability.
- Leads financial growth of the store, year over year
- Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the store team
- Creating emotionally engaging customer experiences, consistent with the brand
- Experience - 2 to 10 years in retail ( Lingerie must )
- Salary - 25 k to 35 k + Incentive ( based on their interview performance)
- Week off between Monday to Thursday (No Week off on Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
- Shift – Rotational (10 am to 07 pm and 01 pm to 10 pm) till 10 PM.
- Job Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai
