Job Description

Store Management

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials or goods.
  • Issue materials as per requirement and maintain stock registers.
  • Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage and safety of materials in the store.

💻 Billing & Documentation

  • Generate invoices/bills for customers using billing software or POS system.
  • Verify product details, quantities, and prices before billing.
  • Maintain daily sales and billing records.
  • Handle cash/card transactions if required.
  • Prepare reports related to sales and stock movement.


Skills & Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing software.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic communication skills.
