Store Incharge (Hindi Speaking)

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Incharge (Hindi-speaking) to manage day-to-day warehouse store operations. The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of experience in store or warehouse management, strong inventory management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams. The candidate will ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily store/warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Handle inward and outward material movements and update records in the system.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchase, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
• Manage and guide store staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Hindi communication (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
