Store Keeper

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle customer sales at our toys and accessories store. The role involves assisting customers, billing, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a great shopping experience—especially for kids and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting toys and accessories
• Explain product features, age suitability, and safety details
• Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and issue invoices
• Maintain neat product displays and restock shelves
• Manage basic inventory and inform about low stock
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints politely
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Support promotional offers and festive sales activities

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Prior retail or counter sales experience preferred (freshers welcome)
• Good communication skills (Tamil required; English/Hindi is a plus)
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of billing machines or POS systems
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Experience

• 0–2 years in retail / counter sales (toys, gifts, or accessories preferred)
