Job Description

Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records of incoming and outgoing products.
Organize and manage the storage area to optimize space and efficiency.
Prepare and oversee dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
Ensure all inventory is stored safely and in good condition.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
Conduct regular stock audits and reorder materials when needed.
Use software tools (if applicable) to maintain inventory databases.
Handle any discrepancies or damaged goods efficiently.
Monitor the movement of raw materials and finished products.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant.
Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or Excel).
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift and move heavy products as needed.
Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Good communication skills in [Your Preferred Language].
High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with training in warehouse management).
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes or product handling.
