Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
  • Handle sales targets and ensure revenue growth
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
  • Maintain inventory, stock levels, and ordering
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports
  • Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with management for reports and promotions
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager / Supervisor in retail
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel preferred)
  • Ability to manage staff and multitask
  • Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays
