Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed store targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, reporting, and administrative activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Manage inventory including stock planning, ordering, regular stock audits, and coordination with the warehouse.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and overall store upkeep.
  • Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and provide continuous feedback to the team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Prepare staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
  • Ensure smooth execution of store operations including VM, stock control, and shrinkage prevention.
  • Manage store expenses, maintain monthly reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance, functionality, and presentation standards.
  • Handle customer and employee concerns, complaints, and grievances professionally and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all team members comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • PUC / Intermediate / Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the retail fashion industry OR
  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in the retail fashion industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, managing a team of 6+ members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
