Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, store upkeep) and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Lead, schedule, train, and supervise store staff; set team duties and monitor performance.
- Oversee inventory and stock — ensure adequate stock levels, manage reordering and stock rotation to avoid stock-outs or overstock.
- Drive sales and profitability — implement promotions/marketing within store, monitor sales targets and store performance.
- Provide excellent customer service — handle customer queries/complaints, ensure smooth customer experience.
- Manage “last-mile” delivery/fulfilment (if store handles direct-to-customer delivery): ensure orders get handed over/delivered properly, coordinate logistics or delivery hand-off to customers, and ensure delivery reliability and customer satisfaction via final mile fulfilment. — reflecting “last-mile” logistics responsibilities common in retail-supply chain operations
Preferred Candidate:
- Current or previous company must be Blinkit/Zepto.
- Must have 3-4years exp as Store manager
- OR 1+year as Asst Store manager
- Must be graduate
- Must know last mile, first mile, roster planning and store operations.
- Must have good communication skills
