Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to handle 4 retail outlets at Chennai Airport, managing 15-20 staff members. The candidate must be sales-driven, target-oriented, and strong in team leadership and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of 4 airport retail stores
- Drive sales growth & achieve monthly targets
- Lead, train & motivate sales team
- Inventory & stock control
- Ensure excellent customer service
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 5–8 years retail management experience (Airport / Premium retail preferred)
- Strong leadership & sales strategy skills
