Store Manager

Job Title: Supermarket Store Associate (Billing & Sales) 

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Store Associate to join our team at SANTHI SUPER STORE. You will be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need, managing the billing counter, and ensuring our shelves are always well-stocked and clean.

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them in locating products.

Billing/POS: Handle cash and digital payments accurately using the billing system.

Inventory Management: Unpack new stock and arrange items neatly on shelves according to expiry dates (FIFO method).

Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.  

Promotion: Inform customers about ongoing offers or loyalty programs.

Requirements & Skills 

Education: High School (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in retail or a supermarket is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills: Basic math skills for billing and the ability to use a smartphone/computer.

Attributes: Friendly personality, punctual, and hardworking.

Language: Fluency in Tamil and basic understanding of English.

Shift & Salary 

Salary: ₹10000 – ₹35000 per month.
