Job Description
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion, ATV, and UPT.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
- Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
- Control inventory, stock accuracy, and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene as per brand guidelines.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with HO/ Manager.
