Job Title: Store Outlet Supervisor / Incharge – Operations

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a QSR outlet Supervisor to manage daily food outlet operations and ensure quality standards are consistently met. This role involves handling customers, monitoring food and service quality, maintaining stock records, overseeing staff attendance, managing team performance, and ensuring all operational checklists are followed. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and confident in managing people in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality & Operations Control

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Conduct regular quality checks during preparation and service
• Take immediate action on any quality issues

Team Management

• Supervise and manage daily activities of team members
• Assign roles and responsibilities during shifts
• Ensure staff follow discipline, grooming, and service standards
• Train and guide new team members on operations and processes

Staff Management & Attendance

• Track daily staff attendance and punctuality
• Manage shift planning and ensure proper staffing levels
• Monitor team performance and address issues proactively

Customer Handling

• Attend to customer queries, complaints, and feedback
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Handle escalations calmly and professionally

Checklist & Process Management

• Ensure all daily opening and closing checklists are followed
• Maintain and verify operational checklists (cleaning, prep, service readiness)
• Ensure standard processes are consistently implemented

Stock Management

• Maintain and update stock list of raw materials and supplies
• Monitor stock availability and inform shortages in advance
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials

Team Coordination

• Coordinate between preparation and service for smooth operations
• Step in and support team during busy hours
• Ensure orders are handled efficiently without delays

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 12 hours (Mon - Fri), Pest control and cleaning activities (Sat - Sun)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food outlet or QSR operations
• Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and stock control
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
