Job PURPOSE:
|
Responsible for the administration and management of store operation for the project. |
- Role & Responsibilities:
|
- Receive, inspect and maintain record of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and equipments.
- Conduct regular check / scheduled stock-take and update the Asset Inventory form on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain all materials, tools and equipments and ensure they are in good condition at all times.
- Maintain material stocks to ensure a continuous supply of materials is available at all times and inform Section Manager / Buyer of any replacement required once the stock reaches the minimum stock level.
- Ensure the materials, tools and equipments in the store are always slacked and identified with pin card/tag neatly. Maintain records and alert superiors of any abnormality in the consumption of materials, tools and equipments.
- Maintain records of all hired equipments on site and ensure off-hire and breakdowns are recorded accordingly.
- Maintain User Daily Records of all materials, tools and equipments being taken from the site store.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Company systems.
- Other duties as directed.
- Keep track of preventive maintence schedules of all plant & equipment at site and ensure in time maintence.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
|
Qualification: - Minimum a Degree qualification.
- 4-5 years relevant working experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
|
Experience: - Experience working in the Construction industry.
- Analytical thinking and organized character.
- Proficient in Ms Office.
