              SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

•   Perform steel member and connection design.
•   Develop design reports and review drawings.
•   Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams.
•   Support design optimization for economy.
•   Assist in technical discussions with clients.

Internal Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.

External Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred)

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

• 6–10 years in structural steel design.

Nature of 

Experience

• Industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.
