Student Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Student Counselor for our Overseas Education division. The Student Counselor will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, handling inbound inquiries, and guiding them through the process of applying to international universities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of the overseas education process, and the ability to provide accurate information and support to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about study abroad opportunities.

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to overseas education programs.

• Provide detailed information on international universities, courses, admission requirements, and application procedures.

• Assist students in understanding visa processes, scholarships, and financial aid options.

• Identify and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into applications.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.

• Collaborate with the counseling team to provide personalized guidance to students.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in international education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or international relations preferred).

• Freshers can apply

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the overseas education process and requirements.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
