Style Associate – Job Description

Style Associates play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by combining strong product knowledge with a keen sense of fashion to help customers choose the right jewellery for every occasion.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide warm, courteous, and personalized customer service to drive sales.
• Guide customers on product features, designs, and pricing using in-depth product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations including stock handling, order packing, visual merchandising, audits, promotions, and markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handle billing and point-of-sale transactions accurately while cross-selling and upselling products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service and sales standards.
• Follow all company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Stay active on the sales floor for extended hours and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (Fresher) or HSC with a minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
