Subject Matter Expert - Building Information Modelling

Job Summary: The BIM Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies and processes. This role involves training professionals in BIM software, standards, and best practices, as well as managing the learning and development of trainees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM principles and a passion for teaching, ensuring that the training content is practical, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM, with at least 2 years in a training or teaching role.
• Proficiency in BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) on BIM software, processes, and industry standards for professionals and teams.
• Course Development: Design and develop BIM training modules and materials that are both technically accurate and easy to understand.
• Curriculum Updates: Continuously review and update the training curriculum to reflect the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology.
• Learning Management: Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure that participants are gaining practical skills in BIM.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational needs and industry requirements.
• Client Interaction: Work with clients to understand their specific BIM needs and deliver customized training solutions accordingly.
