Your Role

• Philips Enterprise Center of Excellence (ECoE) delivers excellence in the execution of business services, enabling an agile repeatable framework to leverage opportunities that contribute to extending our leadership as a Health Technology company. Our people are a key part of the transformation program in Philips and at ECoE, you become part of a global team of professionals that form the backbone of this journey.
• We need experts who are expected to think out of the box, work very closely with the businesses, transformation programs, and business process owners to come up with designs and set up solutions while ensuring compliance.
• You will be expected to ensure that pricing changes comply with control and quality requirements.
• You will further support in deploying new standards, support remapping per requirement of organization for success of Philips.
• Supports audits by ensuring all processes and documentation are followed accurately, maintaining evidence for future reviews, and facilitating smooth audit processes.

Minimum required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant domain experience or MBA or related fields

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Quality Management, Product data Management, Configuration Management, Systems Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

with required Experience:

• SAP knowledge (knowledge in spare parts/catalog/NPI setup in SAP is an advantage)
• Pricing/Finance background is needed
• Lead difficult conversations is a must
• Good presentation skills is a must
• Attention to detail is a must
• ICS-SOX and/or audit background is an advantage
• Experience in international, large size / complex business environment
• Strong communicative skills,
• Analytical with strong conceptualization skills
• Philips experience is a plus
• Overall Experience: 8+ Yrs

Preferred Skills:

• Vistex Experience
• Salesforce Experience

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
Hybrid Office role.
