Survey Manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, schedule, and resources required for survey, Right of Way (RoU), and permission clearance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define survey objectives and desired outcomes.
• Manage project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee site surveys, data collection, and mapping.
• Prepare detailed survey plans and methodologies tailored to specific project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Set up and maintain survey equipment, such as Robotic and GPS instruments.
• Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors, providing guidance on equipment alignment.
• Record survey results accurately, including land contours, dimensions, and elevations.
