Verify CCTV cameras at all key points, including emergency exits. Conduct system tests before exams and share results with stakeholders. Configure the drive on the Primary server using the appropriate credentials. Download Drive 3 hours prior to exam start time. Enter the Drive password at the specified time. Set up Primary and Backup servers, and download necessary data. Complete staff verification and monitor the exam network for issues throughout the exam.
