Team Development Officer

The Team Development Officer is responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating team members to achieve business goals. The role focuses on developing team capabilities, improving productivity, and ensuring consistent performance through effective mentoring and leadership.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as per branch or business requirements.
• Support and guide team members in achieving individual and collective sales or performance targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, motivational sessions, and skill development programs.
• Track team performance and provide feedback or coaching for improvement.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team engagement and retention.
• Maintain performance reports and submit updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
• Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or HR specialization preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years in sales, HR, or team management roles.
