• Responsible for managing & maintaining smooth facility operations
• Handling Multiple sites
• overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, supplies, building, security, and AMC
• work on the measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
• supervising teams of staff across different divisions and assist supervisor to achieve the department goals
• ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
• dealing with emergencies as they arise
• ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards & developer regulations
• coherently work along with stakeholders for day-to-day requirement
• overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
• Adherence with existing policy and process of WPS
