Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• We are mainly looking for housewives and retired individuals who are interested in leading and supporting a team.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions to improve productivity.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues raised by team members or clients efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
• Prepare and maintain reports on team performance, attendance, and productivity metrics.
• Support team members in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance outcomes.
• Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
