📢 Hiring: Team Leader – Field Sales (GPay Onboarding)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC + ₹1,800 Allowance + ₹10,000 Incentives

🔹 Role Summary:

We are hiring energetic Team Leaders to manage on-field teams for Google Pay (GPay) QR & Merchant Onboarding.

Candidates with experience in Fintech (QR / Soundbox Sales) or Telecom (Prepaid/Postpaid SIM Sales) are preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage Field Sales Executives for merchant onboarding

• Drive GPay QR installations & first-transaction activations

• Train, monitor & motivate the team to achieve daily targets

• Conduct field visits and ensure quality merchant acquisition

🔹 Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of experience in Fintech or Telecom field sales

• Must be willing to work on-field

• Strong communication & team-handling skills

• Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
