🧭 **Role Overview:**

Overall monitoring of Floor Coordinators deployed at branches under the RBO and ensuring smooth coordination between branches, AO/RBO, and SBOSS.

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**

• Overall monitoring of Floor Coordinators under assigned RBO

• Surprise branch visits to assess performance and role compliance

• Act as a link between Floor Coordinators, AO/RBO, and SBOSS

• Track performance and submit reports to AO/RBO & SBOSS

• Support branch operations and customer handling when required
