Job Title: Telecollection Team Leader Location:

Chennai Experience: 2–3 years (Team Handling – Mandatory)  --- 

Job Summary: The Telecollection Team Leader is responsible for supervising a team of telecallers to achieve monthly collection targets, ensure process compliance, improve productivity, and maintain customer relationship standards.  --- 

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of telecollection executives. 

Allocate daily targets and ensure achievement of individual and team goals. 

Review team performance through call listening, quality checks, and daily dashboards. 

Ensure adherence to collection scripts, compliance norms, and operational guidelines. 

Handle escalation calls and resolve customer issues professionally. 

Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members. 

Maintain MIS reports — daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance. 

Coordinate with managers and cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Motivate the team to achieve higher productivity and incentive targets. 

Manage attendance, discipline, and process improvement initiatives.  --- 

Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (any degree).

 2–3 years of experience in Telecollection / Collections with team handling exposure. 

Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of collection strategies, bucket handling, and customer negotiation. 

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

 Package: Up to 4 LPA (based on experience)
