Job Description
We are hiring a Team Leader to build, train and manage a team of insurance advisors and drive sales performance for Kotak Life Insurance.
🎓 Qualification✅ Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
💼 Experience✅ Minimum 1–3 years experience in Life Insurance / Agency sales
✅ Experience as Senior Advisor / Team Handling is preferred
- 🛠Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and build a team of insurance advisors
- Train, motivate and guide the team to achieve targets
- Plan daily and monthly sales activities
- Support advisors in client meetings and closures
- Monitor performance and ensure productivity of the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies
