Job Description: Team Leader for Petrol Bunk on Mount Road

Position Summary:

As a Team Leader for the petrol bunk located on Mount Road, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the petrol station, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

  - Lead and supervise a team of petrol station staff, including pump attendants, cashiers, and maintenance personnel.

2. Operational Oversight:

  - Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate refueling operations to ensure availability of products and compliance with safety regulations.

3. Customer Service:

  - Ensure high-quality customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

4. Compliance and Safety:

  - Enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of fuel, adherence to fire safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.

  - Manage inventory levels of fuel, lubricants, and other products to prevent stock shortages and minimize wastage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a petrol station or retail environment.
