Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the timeshare industry.

·        Drive sales performance through effective training, mentoring, and monitoring of team activities.

·        Plan and execute sales strategies to generate prospects and convert leads into customers.

·        Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reporting on individual/team performance.

·        Ensure team members follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards.

·        Support in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales team members.

·        Work closely with Telemarketing, Marketing, and Guest Relations teams to ensure pipeline growth and quality leads.

·        Handle escalations and negotiate effectively with clients to close high-value sales.

·        Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, membership benefits, pricing, and competition.

·        Achieve personal sales targets in addition to team targets when required.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

·        Proven experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales.

·        Strong leadership and people management skills.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to drive a target-oriented sales culture.

·        Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.

·        Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.

Qualification & Experience

·        Graduate in any discipline

·        5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in team management within the timeshare/holiday membership industry.

·        Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
