Job Summary:

As a Team Member at Taco Bell, Forum Mall/ Ashok Nagar/ VR mall, you will play a key role in delivering a great customer experience by preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly environment. You’ll be a vital part of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring quick service, customer satisfaction, and the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy.

Address customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Food Preparation:

Prepare food and beverages according to Taco Bell standards, ensuring high quality and safety.

Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Stock and maintain ingredients and supplies for kitchen and serving stations.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Assist in training new team members and supporting your fellow staff.

Restaurant Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining, kitchen, and service areas.

Follow cleaning schedules and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Uphold Taco Bell’s brand standards and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: High School/Intermediate or equivalent.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15-20 kg.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
