Team Member

We are hiring energetic and responsible team members to join our Chaayos Cloud Kitchen. You will support daily kitchen operations, help in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure smooth order handling.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare chai, snacks, and food items as per Chaayos standards.

Assist in pre-preparation, cutting, marination, and assembling orders.

Pack online orders quickly and neatly (Swiggy/Zomato).

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines at all times.

Keep track of basic stock like milk, tea, spices, breads, and packaging.

Support teammates during rush hours.

Handle simple equipment like induction, fryer, toaster, and blending machines.

Report any issues to the shift manager immediately.

Requirements

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Basic understanding of kitchen work.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Should be punctual and reliable.

Should maintain personal hygiene and discipline.

Work Schedule
