Maintenance Technician

Team Member - Maintenance

Performs highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involved with electrical systems. Work involves technical application of electrical principles.

Job Roles & Responsibilities (Prior experience in the relevant role is not required)

• Intensive in troubleshooting Elec, Mech, PLC, Tools, Jigs & fixtures, Hyd & pneumatics, technical procedures, drawings, and safety with the maintenance team.
• Requires high skill level on preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for component replacement & LOTO on both Elec & mech
• Constructs and maintains service equipment, mechanical systems, assembles and installs mechanical assemblies.
• And maintenance document maintaining like ISO,TS,GSSF, 3Global standards & BIQS…
• Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiring.
• Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment.
• Installs, repairs and services specialized electrical equipment and machinery.
• Read & understand on electrical circuit diagrams, plc ladder diagrams & Mechanical tools, Fixtures & Jigs Drawings
• Requisitions material and supplies from maintenance stockroom; calls vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies and recommends purchases and suppliers.
• Should be fast learners and self-motivated, independent worker.
• Ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.
• Transfers primary power from one power source to another.
• May do other trades work incidental to electrical work.
