Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator who is energetic, responsible, and technically knowledgeable to manage daily service and field coordination remotely.

The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge, familiarity with C and C++ programming, and must be proactive in attending and coordinating service calls at any time.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily field tasks and support field engineers from the office.

Attend incoming service calls and ensure proper task assignment and follow-up.

Monitor service progress and ensure timely issue resolution.

Provide basic technical support and coordinate with the technical team for programming/configuration tasks.

Maintain service records, tools data, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Escalate unresolved issues and ensure proper communication flow between teams.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Contribute to improving service efficiency and turnaround time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science or related field.

Basic Technical and Electrical knowledge 

Knowledge of C and C++ programming.

Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi/English/Tamil preferred).

Must be active and responsive to attend service calls anytime.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Comfortable working remotely and multitasking effectively.

Freshers or Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Hindi speaking candidataes are preferred.
